Unlimited Remote & Onsite Support

Most troubleshooting tasks can be performed remotely, during business hours Monday thru Saturday, if the workstation has power, the network is online, and internet is available.

Hardware Troubleshooting

Run hardware diagnostics. Contact manufacturer if the unit is under warranty for repair. Recommend component replacement if no longer under warranty. (Additional charges apply to equipment that have expired warranties.)

Configuration Management

Optimization of settings on Windows 10 / 11, Mac for maximum performance.

Scheduled Preventative Maintenance

Manufacturer hardware updates can be scheduled after hours to help mitigate potential bugs that have been discovered by the manufacturer.

Operating System & Third-Party Patch Management

A regular schedule is set to safely apply Microsoft and other third-party updates to ensure security but also to ensure that they do not cause undesired changes.

License & Asset Management

Software licenses are tracked to ensure that the business is compliant. Hardware is also tracked to assist with planning for future upgrades.

Firewall Management & Maintenance

Ensure that the firewall is running the latest firmware from the Manufacturer. Changes may be required as the business adds or removes other local network devices that need to communicate with internet services. Verify that the firewall is working correctly if internet issues occur.

Switch Management & Maintenance

Ensure that the network switch is running the latest firmware from the Manufacturer. Verify that the network switch is working correctly when a network issue occurs.that have expired warranties.)

Network Printer Management & Maintenance

Ensure that the printer is running the latest firmware from the Manufacturer. Verify that the printer is working correctly if printing issues occur.

Remote support is included during business hours (8am-5pm) Monday thru Saturday.
